PERSONAL INFORMATION
Mr. Watts is a native of Lexington, South Carolina. He attended the College of Charleston as an undergraduate and received a Bachelor of Science in Special Education. He then attended the Graduate School at the University of South Carolina and received a Masters' Degree in Special Education. Mr. Watts then taught for three years in Richland County School District I before entering the School of Law at the University of South Carolina. Upon Graduation, he became an Associate with the firm until becoming a partner of the firm in 2004.

Mr. Watts represents clients in all areas of law in which Smith, Watts and Associates practice. His areas of emphasis include Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Workers' Compensation, Construction Law, and Small Business Formation and Litigation.

Mr. Watts is married to Jill Elizabeth Holley Watts, a native of Hartsville South Carolina. They have one son, Grant.
